Strip #24

Cary and Chuck join the fray!

Not much to add this week, really. We are winding down on the story with only ten weeks left! The team is still knocking it out of the park each and every time.

You may have heard us mention this on the podcast, or maybe I mentioned it on the site, but when it’s all done we will be collecting it for a printed edition. Ron Fortier and Rob Davis will be releasing it through Airship 27 Productions, and we’re planning on having some exclusive extras added to it as well. So be on the lookout for that in a few months!

This Friday we have a very lively discussion on some big headlines that have hit the comics community this past week or so. We’ll be talking about the Walking Dead court case, the Ghost Rider court case, the Static Shock situation and much, much more in the Zone this week. And if you missed last week’s episode #152, we talked about Before Watchmen and Image’s 20th anniversary. It was a really good show if I do say so myself, so check it out!

If you enjoy the works on the Zone 4 team here, you should definitely check out some of their other stuff. Ron has recently had two sports stories released in Battling Boxing Stories and Final Fenway Fiction. He and Rob have also just released their second Airship 27 novel of the year by author R.A. Jones called Deathwalker.

Lisa is currently coloring some of the stories in the Peanuts series published by BOOM! Studios, and you can find her handy work every week on the webcomic Spy6teen.

And you can always check out Andrew’s works on his website:

As for me, check out this review Decapitated Dan Royer did of a book I lettered. I just wrapped the third issue of this series and will be tackling the fourth very soon.

That’s a wrap this week. Be sure to check back with us next week for the next installment in The Color Gambit!
